Still season tickets for the family stand... The grand relocation experiment would seem to have failed then. Perhaps the north stand 'refugees' had a point.

Got mine this afternoon, East Stand Level 2 all gone. I'm up in Level 3 Block 306 and they're £550.

The girl said it's been fairly quiet today considering first day on open sale.

Are you mad?! i got there at 8.50am and there were 100 people ahead of me.

Yes, but the family stand isn't even though they have U16 tickets going for £95. One of the points they raised was that the north stand wouldn't be filled from people moving into it and therefore there'd be less room elsewhere in the ground. That prediction seems to be true. All you've done is validate that point further by showing us the high demand in other parts of the ground.

For the record, I was pretty much one of the STFU north stand 'refugee' thermos drinkers - especially the protesters, brigade. I also think it's a good idea to try and get more men and 'lads' congregated around the south stand so it'll be louder. However, I am having to concede that they did have a point on that front. If what they said wasn't true those U16 season tickets would be long gone.

but do we know how many seats are left in the family stand level 2 is defo sold out so i presume there is a fair few of level one sold out.

today was the first day for new season tickets so maybe it will sell out with NEW kids/familys which is what city are getting at or want.

i tried to get one today for my son but i dont want to move and there was no seat beside me available. he's too young to go at the moment but if he was old enough and i wanted him to a season ticket and there was no seat availabe i would of moved there

Even the fact that they would be the last to sell out, if they do sell out, would be proof enough I think. Look how fast the £250 value tickets sold out (a day wasn't it). Pretty much everywhere else is apart from the upper parts of the third tier. I think we can safely conclude they haven't been overwhelmed by demand (as I thought they would be in all honesty - £95 for fuck sake, I would have killed for that when I was fourteen/fifteen at Maine Road!). Anyway, I can't be bothered with this. Really I was just saying that I was wrong in my assumptions and they were right on that point. If someone else thinks they're still wrong, I don't care enough to carry on contradicting it.

I don't think that a quiet ticket office is anything to go by.

Surely most people buy online now or at least via telephone. Whilst people are waiting in line the choice of seat is rapidly diminishing as places are being chosen online and via telephone sales.

Anybody know how many season ticket holders we had last year and what the maximum number available is?

the David Platt news will have them queing round the block in the morning
