I have just finished my 12 hour shift where I work in a Housing project supporting four ladies with paranoid schizophrenia and a fifth Lady, a former arsonist with a different mental health issue.

Its challenging, rewarding and exceptionally low paid and frustrating. The only thing I know for certain is that each day one of my ladies is going to tear my heart in two.
