If you think he's adding any credibility or weight to the forces that are trying to stop this club from continuing on its upward march, then you're mistaken.

Because this reaction is exactly what ITV want (IMO). They want the neutrals tuning in to watch Champions League and because so many people care abuot what pundits say, they will tune in to watch a pundits slag a club off.

What winds me up is the token presence of Lee 'city fan my arse' Dixon, who did a wonderful job of fighting our corner the other night. I once heard him use words to the effect of "I used to be a City fan but now I support Arsenal after playing for them".
