Scott Carson signs a new one year deal (Pg 11)

It's easy to forget that within the job of being a footballer, only a small part of the time is spent playing a competitive match, the majority of the time is spent in the CFA and that's why not just having good harmony within the playing squad but also the support staff and the environment around there is crucial.

We don't see an awful lot of behind the scenes stuff anymore but what we do see, it's always very apparant that Carson is a very much loved and integral part of the dressing room, that's not something you want to lose.

Unless something drastic changes, I expect Carson will be kept around in some capacity for at least as long as Peps here
