Scott Sinclair has criticised Mancini

Good luck to the lad at West Brom. Can understand his frustration with Mancini but he wasn't good enough to make a big impact here. Hopefully he can reignite his career and have some success - trying to prove us wrong should be motivation enough.

When either Marwood or Mancini write an autobiography, then we'll get the truth as to who signed Sinclair, and why.
Do you honestly think people's autobiographies are an accurate representation of what actually happened?

Our stories about our own lives are a form of fiction

If it comes in writing, in some detail, from either party, it will be as close as we'll ever get. Maybe not the truth in it's entirety, but enough for us to work on. Until then, it will remain a mystery.

Yeah because Sinclair was always Mancinis number 1 target wasn't he.......

Joke

Yeah but to play Kolorov in his position "that" day was the end.

Nah. The first day Sinclair turned up and was shown round by Chappers was the beginning of end. At least Garcia merited a phone call from Khaldoon. The feature showing players visiting some school or whatever and the wife thinking Sinclair was one of the pupils and not a City player was one of many nails in the coffin. Rodwell in the head to head commenting 'You've been on loan a lot' summed it up perfectly.

Sinclair had neither the presence or the ability to prosper at City. Which is why he is now at WBA. Its his level.

It always seemed that the panic buying of Sinclair & Garcia was just to send out a message that we cannot buy any good players e.g. RVP, so we are getting a couple more of championship quality just to show you that 20 odd million quid to us is nothing & we are still around.

Sinclair should never have been brought here , and i remain none too convinced that he was ever really on Mancinis 'wish-list' in the first place ........ in my opinion he's not even as good as Adam Johnson was/is.

Cheeky bastard should be privileged to even get mentioned in the City Squad, nevermind team, fuck off good ridence.

Championship quality?
Garcia was playing in the CL and a key cog in the Benfica team before he joined us mate. Had been getting good reviews for his performances both domestically and in the CL (Scored against Chelsea etc)

He hasn't torn up trees here but he hasn't made any catastrophic errors or anything that deserves some of the comments I have read on here.

Never going to get any credit from the armchair managers on here though.

West Brom's Scott Sinclair has criticised former manager Roberto Mancini

New West Brom loan signing Scott Sinclair has hit out at the treatment he received from Roberto Mancini at Manchester City.

Sinclair joined City from Swansea last summer for £6.2million, choosing to leave the Welsh side after impressing in the Premier League following their promotion. However, Sinclair managed just 190 minutes of action in the league last season, often completely left out of the club's matchday squad.

Mancini spoke out after the 24-year-old had voiced his displeasure, admitting that he should take the blame for the winger's lack of action. Sinclair has now spoken of his relief at leaving the Etihad Stadium, revealing the strained nature of his relationship with the Italian.

"It's things like that, in the backroom, when he [Mancini] said he didn't give me a chance, which he didn't," Sinclair said.

"I even asked him, 'Why did you bring me in if you're not going to give me a chance? You've given me no game time to show what I'm about', and he couldn't really answer the question.

"As a player, if you're not getting a chance to play, then you are going to see the manager and ask him what is needed. So I did see him a few times, and we had our differences, but that's football. Not being given an opportunity to play was frustrating, but that was the choice I made, I never kicked up a fuss. All I could do was put my head down and train every day.

"I now really hope I can settle here and have a great start from Sunday onwards, score some goals, help to win games and if I'm happy enough then hopefully I'll stay.

"I definitely would think twice about doing it [moving to another big club] at this stage of my career."
I dont see any criticism here.
