Scott Sinclair

I don't know why mid table clubs are not in for him !

Agreed..we would have been creaming ourselves signing him pre takeover

He's a decent player..just not a top player

Most of the mid to bottom half of the table would strengthen with his presence

I can only think it's either wages or they are put off by his unsuccessful loan spell

Very true, but considering the stated aims and objectives of our 'project' who the fuck was it that thought Sinclair would have been good enough?

Sinclair has done nothing wrong, he came here to prove himself good enough for us, but all he proved is that he wasn't. He seems a good lad and I wish him all the best wherever he ends up. His whole 2 year tenure with us has been a waste for his career and a waste of our money and time.

I'm confident the culprit who's finger prints are all over that ill fated window will never be let anywhere near our transfer window decisions again. We'd never had one like it before or since and I know we'll never have one like it again.

It was a painful lesson learned.....

No point crying over spilt milk, we repair the damage and move on, if it takes a year or so it doesn't matter as long as you learn from any mistakes made and in that department I cannot see another cock up in the near future.

Just a pity Agent Davey Boy did his job too well too soon. He should have made it a steady but stiff decline not the off the cliff edge descent he made it, that way he could have stayed there long enough so the rot would have set in for a generation. Fuckin gutted...... Ah well :-)

I will be surprised if he is still here after the transfer window closes, a lot of the clubs that will be looking at him will be waiting to raise some cash to buy him and take his wages and also waiting for deadline day to low ball us with a stupid offer to see if we will just cut our losses completely and sell him.

Right now we will be looking for a few million, come deadline day we will be offered a lot less no doubt.

A decent player and might of been a shrewd signing but not a good option for us now.
