Scottish Blues

We're now in East Lothian these days and drive down for all the weekend homes and the odd away. My boys are 6 and 4 so midweek doesn't work for us, the late games on Saturday and especially Sunday can be a pain if they don't sleep in the car aswell. My 2 year old is now hassling that she wants to come aswell...

Every trip I take over the border, I meet blues that way, always a lovely bunch. City used to have great Scottish players in years gone by. When was our last great Scottish player?

Edinburgh Blues; pub on saturday that wont just be showing Old Firm? thinking southside, not central (but dont mind going in if needs be)

doubt you will find anywhere NOT showing Old Firm ... best to go to a proper sports bar that will show both

I will probably just watch it in Gorgie then go straight to Hearts game
will be a mare later trying to watch when pub is busy :-(
we really need to get organised for these big games !!!!

What about Golden Rule in Polwarth? they always show multiple games. decent beer too. Can't see massive appetite for the Old Firm in there, especially at midday. I've just messaged them to see what's going on there

I tend to drive down from Coylton for Midweek and Sunday Matches, if you're looking to carshare?

That could be a great shout mate, be more than happy to take turns driving/chip in with fuel etc.

As I say I only usually make it down to 2 or 3 games per season but I'll be sure to give you a shout next time round.
