I turned on BBC Scotland on the radio for 5 minutes on the way home earlier. Fair play to them for making the game sound exciting and not predictable, miserable, mundane pish. Glad they 2 have a huge UCL cash injection incoming, that'll help this league.

As for Jack Ross, it's criminal that he's still managing at this level. He had a good 6 months with St Mirren when they won the championship, other than that an utter fraud of a manager. A few teams will get battered by Rangers and Celtic this season but a 0-9 at home shortly after a 7-0 away is outrageous, can't see him surviving past tomorrow.

Who next for them? McInnes? McKay? O'Neil?

Inevitable really. They should never have appointed him, be amazed if he gets another top flight gig.

I thought that was inevitable. They can’t afford to go down. Who will they pick? Who cares?

Sixty years now since the Hearts won the League Cup, ironically against Kilmarnock and by the very same scoreline.

10 years since Killie managed to win it...and with a home tie against Dundee Utd in the QF there's a decent chance of a first Hampden trip since.

Hearts got really unlucky with a couple of injuries on Sunday which wouldn't have helped their case tonight, but then that was a heavily rotated killie team at least in front of the defence.
