Witch-hunt? Are you actually mental? You hunted Collum and Clancy. It was never a pen or a sending off.

You still claiming it wasn’t a red card? Lol

The Hearts penalty was very soft and I’d be frustrated at it being given BUT by the letter of the law it’s the correct decision!

The only decision in your game that was 100% wrong was the penalty your Celtic supporting referee awarded you.

As for Collum getting the handball decision correct. Ffs you don’t honestly believe that! We were robbed in that game as we were in the first Old Firm by officials and the only reason there is a league race is down to officials keeping you in it

Surprise surprise. Yang wasn’t challenging for the ball. He had the ball. Cochrane challenged as Yang was trying to control it. He didn’t even see him. If Cochrane had the ball and Yang lifted his boot high to challenge for it, then ok, but he didn’t do that.
It’s clear what they are doing. Everybody remembers what happened the last time the media went after Beaton (no Red card for Garner) he didn’t get one of our games for months and when he did it was the single worst most blatantly biased refereeing performances I have had the misfortune to witness. Home loss to Hibs and McGregor rugby tackling Morelos around the neck as the wee man was through one on one equaled a free kick to Hibs. Jack sent off , card later rescinded, Hibs should have had McGeoch and Stokes sent off that day as well as McGregor!

It’s that tight this season that a repeat performance like that in just one game could cost us the league

Beaton was also likely to have been given one of the remaining Old Firm games. Imagine the pressure he’d be under if that games was at Parkhead?

Rodgers is not daft. He said what he said in that interview earlier in the week with Jane Lewis to get Celtic supporters to back him against the perceived media bias and now he’s piling pressure on the officials and their support will lap it up

What’s worrying is the so called Rangers men in the media just rolling over! Just agreeing with them! There was only one mistake made and that was the Celtic penalty!

I thought the penalty to us was soft. Seen softer. But to say their penalty was ok is absolute fucking bollocks.

I don’t think their penalty was ok. The thing is it’s not the officials fault. It’s the law itself.

You know I’ve no love for Aberdeen but St Johnstones penalty against them recently for handball was an absolute joke as well BUT the rules say it’s a Penalty

It needs sorting. It should only be a penalty, if you move your arm toward the ball. Not if some **** blootered a volley at you, from three fucking feet. Let alone it hits you and you don’t even see it. The foul is deliberate action. If a half mad **** like me, can see that, why can’t the pricks who are ruining the game?

I agree with you and think the rule is wrong. The officials have to give it though as they are being marked or so we are told.

It’s the inconsistency that angers me. Kilmarnock get a penalty for handball that’s never a penalty , IMO, but in that same game we are denied two far clearer handballs! That’s the same officials ffs!! It shouldn’t be happening. Just for the record I think only the Mayo one is a penalty but it’s so obvious it’s a penalty I’ve no idea why it’s not given

St Johnstone get that handball at Pittodrie yet a week or so earlier Hibs , at the same ground, are denied an absolute stick on handball

I was out hill walking on Sunday and there was an ex referee with us. Obviously we are up the hill for hours and I asked him about a few recent controversial decisions and he talked me through them. It was actually quite a decent insight into the way they see it and how difficult a job they have. So many decisions are open to interpretation and I’ll give you just one example. Lundstram handball against Kilmarnock. Firstly he said for him it’s not a penalty as the arm is tight into the body BUT he can understand why it wasn’t overturned by VAR. referee on field gives the penalty and it could be argued that when jumping Lundstram twists body to block ball and that motion has moved his arm to ball. A couple of seconds of explanation and I could at least see why it was given.

Not sure how the decisions at Tynecastle are still being dissected. We all know that the two penalties were farcical, and the red card was correct.
It’s the handball rule that’s being dissected. It’s the handball rule that’s farcical. Some officials give that penalty and a few wouldn’t.

Just watched Highlughts on Tik Tok of Dortmund v Rangers and Rangers first penalty not one player appeals for it but ball hits defenders hand and it’s a penalty. Frustrating as hell when they go against you but it is where we are at!
