Scottish Independence

He’s battered her.

Fair play.
He hasn’t he’s sent the reply she will have fully expected, and the reply she probably wanted. Why else do you think she asked the question, unless you think she thought he’d change his mind now he's sat in Downing st.

It’s what’s in the letter, especially the quotation.

The sending of the letter and outcome is to be expected.

Don't think this will go away until there's an element of equality within the UK which would mean the creation of an English Parliament.

On another note, Bojo's handwriting looks like the written equivalent of his deliberately ruffled hair. I wonder if an adviser was by his side telling him 'write it with your left Boris, the voters will love it!'.

I’m not opposed to a federal UK, with a proper constitution, once the Queen is gone.

England deserves its own parliament for English matters. The northern working classes currently have it worse than their Scottish counterparts, due to the incessant pushing from the SNP.

At least we know we’re basically a colony now. We’ve been trying to explain this to the to the soft No voters up here, but they never listen. Maybe this will open their eyes to the imperial and authoritarian nature of the British state.

I’ve read some guff in my time on this forum but this just about takes the money.

The first colony in history to have a better representation of MP’s to voters ratio in its colonisers’ parliament. The first colony in history to vote to stay a colony and then within less than a decade, start moaning about being a colony. The first colony in history to have better terms and more money spent per individual than those that live in the colonists’s territory.

You insult those that had to live in poverty and persecution in former British colonies.

Why would anyone want a Republic when the President would be a politician? The last 3 ½ years have proved that all politicians are fucktards and would sell their grannies for power.
