Scottish Premiership Thread | 2025/26

Lmao, send a video in instead of still shots, it goes 30 yards in to the stands, never in a month of Sundays does any meaningful contact with an open limp hand allow for that amount of force be generated and even at that, celtic players shoulder pushes his arm further up in to it and EVEN after that, a hand in front of face would also make 0 difference to any trajectory, I guarantee you on his very website have made a claim for non penalty because it had no bearing on trajectory of the ball. Imagine a penalty if ball strikers your hand when its covering your balls looool. Absolute joke.
his hand was hit onto his head by the force of the ball. thats why it went out of play

It's nothing factual, you've just gave me stuff a panel of muppets have agreed upon, sometimes not unanimously either. It doesn't make it fact. Just as I say for certain that last night should never be a penalty with so much mitigation present, I wouldn't be all too surprised to see some panel say it was somehow the correct decision.

McCann and Dodds have made a big difference much to my surprise. Eating a certain amount of humble pie and I'm not the only one. Good transfer dealings - Tshibola, Curtis and Hugill have helped transform our season as did the timely late return of Stryjek and Kettlehell's late gift of the best Larsen Scottish football has ever seen.

They've loads to work on particularly away form but their signings, charisma and tactical approach has more than earned them my confidence. Hope it works out.
Hugill was excellent the other night v Dundee. I have watched the last games on KTV and it must be something in the East Ayrshire water as the two are as biased as I’ve heard hahaha.

I doubt we will get Mickey Moore for another season but if we do then there is an outside chance you get Curtis for another year. He certainly looks as if he’s enjoyed his time there. You could see the way he celebrated that last goal against Dundee. Would be good for all concerned

Surely your not that deluded fella
It hit his hand. he also elbowed him out of the way. We got a two handed push on Nygreen waved on last week and a handball goal that stood. Didnt see anybody losing their shut about that. Am I deluded about that too?

How come there was only one angle shown, do they not have multiple cameras in the SPL. IMO it looked like it was a great header and if it did hit his hand there is no conclusive evidence on the one angle shown so what did the ref see that makes him so sure.

We have Poundland VAR in Scotland and don’t even have goal line technology. There was a contentious offside call earlier in the season along that 18 yard line and only one camera angle

Rangers recently held a meeting with the other top tier clubs and have offered to help fund a much needed upgrade.

Yeah I know someone who works with the club and he says Curtis has loved his time here. I'd love to have him for another season but fully aware he has potential to play at a higher level than us. That's where McCann might come in though so who knows.

Hugill's been great. What an upgrade on Dackers. He's here until 2027 but is exactly the type of player we should immediately be looking to extent beyond with a view to making a few bucks on him next year. John Jules was superb as well pre injury, sadly it's been a constant in his career but if we can keep him fit then he's a great asset too. Big summer ahead.

Its simply absolute nonsense because literal picture evidence shows his hand is still cupped when the ball is hitting his head, now im sure you could provide us with evidence of how a cupped hand would not deviate the direction or force of a ball coming at your head

To those who have doubted that the problem comes from the top here is conclusive proof…

Reported by @Telegraph that the Scottish FA regard the decision to award Celtic's penalty at Fir Park as correct. Head of Referees Willie Collum will address the situation in the VAR Review Show next week.

Remember this clown has banged on about needing absolute conclusive proof to overturn an on field decision.

Its one drunk guy and his mobile phone

That raging bigoted boot Sheban Aherne said in Talksport she had watched it over and over and it clearly hits the heel of his hand therefore explaining the speed of the ball. She said she was 100% convinced and nothing would alter her view. They showed her a picture and she gleefully says ‘ you can see it hits his fingers’

Explain how it hits the heel of his hand and his fingers. Laughable delusion
You think everyone who is a Celtic fan is bigoted?
Bigoted in itself that attitude.

Im sure he's gonna convince us all that the motherwell player deliberately hand balled it with maybe his thumb and ignoring any impact trusty also had on movement of his arm. And even with all that, his body wasn't made unnaturally bigger so the whole point of a hand ball foul is irrelevant as if it wasn't there it still hits his head
Its not like the poor lad caught the fucking thing lol
