Season card not updating in mobile wallet

In case anyone else is having a problem and doesn't want to sit on the phone, I raised an enquiry on the website and they got back to me in an hour or so and sorted it out really quickly.
Good shout. I rang and emailed with a query and didn’t get anyway but when I used the website help form it was sorted straight away
 
Think some of our support must still have candlestick phones.

That said - the card system was way better.
To be honest I was very sceptical but have had no problem whatsoever. Me and my son swapped seats last week (he's in Colin Bell I'm South) via ticket transfer and it was a doddle. I just think that this season they should have given people an option of a card or mobile ticketing and then introduced it across the board next season.
