I've just wasted the remainder of my mobile's minutes on hold and rang via the switchboard to bypass the 0870 charges, gave up. Tell us what they say?

well its now over 30 mins on hold, wow got through while writing this,
well here goes i need temp tickets for celtic. utter wankers but i should have tickets for start of next week,
