I think I remember someone saying on another thread that if it gets to the end of July and they haven't arrived, then phone the ticket office...don't quote me on that though!

NEW SEASONCARDS 2010/11
Seasoncards are currently available to purchase online, in person or over the phone. All Seasoncards are currently being sent out and should all be received by the End of July. Please note that Seasoncards are printed and sent out in batches and may not be received at the same time as others in your party or people you sit near.

TICKETS FOR FIXTURES 2010/11
Ticket details are advertised periodically through the Season, please keep an eye on the Tickets & Travel page of the website <a class="postlink" href="http://www.mcfc.co.uk/News/Tickets-and-Travel" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.mcfc.co.uk/News/Tickets-and-Travel</a> Standard tickets generally go on sale 4 weeks prior to the game. Please check the sales criteria which will be announced around the time of the On Sale date. Please Note: tickets for the Big 4 games (Manchester United, Liverpool, Chelsea & Arsenal) home games may not go onto Open Sale and patrons without a purchase history with Manchester City are unlikely to be able to purchase a ticket for these fixtures.

Other options are Hospitality packages (sales@mcfc.co.uk) or Match Breaks (<a class="postlink" href="http://www.thomascooksport.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">www.thomascooksport.com</a>)

CITYCARDS 2010/11
Citycards are available now. <a class="postlink" href="http://www.mcfc.co.uk/Tickets/Citycard" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.mcfc.co.uk/Tickets/Citycard</a> for Adults and <a class="postlink" href="http://www.mcfc.co.uk/Tickets/Citycard-65" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.mcfc.co.uk/Tickets/Citycard-65</a> for 65 and Over. Please contact Supporter Services if you have an existing Accesscard and wish to upgrade to Citycard.

ONLINE PURCHASES
The ticketing side of the website does not accept American Express, please make sure you are not trying to use this method of purchase.

If you are having problems logging on to the website, this may be due to the volume of traffic and we can advise to keep trying.

When making multiple purchases, make sure you change all customer details from your friends and family list using the drop downs.

More than 1 ticket purchased on the same customer number will have one seat activated onto your membership card and the extra tickets will be sent out to you as paper tickets. Tickets bought within 3 days to a Home fixture where a membership card cannot be activated will need to be collected at the Collections Point at the City Shop. Please arrive at least 1 hour prior to kick-off. We will post out any cards/tickets to International addresses if booked at least a week before the game.

WHY DON'T MY AISLE AND BLOCK MATCH?
Confirmations (email and SMS) and Seasoncards/Paper Tickets will always mention the most convenient Aisle to walk down to make it easier to access your seat. This Aisle number may not be the same as the Block you are sitting in.

SEASONCARD 2010/11 LOYALTY POINTS
The initial 190 Loyalty points will be added at the point of sale. If games are given more than 10 points through the year, then these points will be added periodically throughout the season. All league games in the Season 2009/10 were given 10 points, so it remained at 190 for the Season.

WHAT DOES PENDING MEAN IN MY PURCHASE HISTORY?
Pending is an admin term for MCFC use only. Pending does not relate to the loyalty points. If points are showing next to a game/card that states Pending, then those points are within your loyalty points total.

SEASONCARD CUP SCHEME 2010/11
If you would like to join the schemes for any of the 3 cup competitions this season, then please phone Supporter Services. 50 Loyalty points per scheme joined (and an additional bonus of 25 if you join all 3) will be added.

PROBLEMS LOGGING IN
This could be because there is no date of birth in your file. Please contact Supporter Services to update your details. Please be aware you may be asked to provide proof of age for concessionary prices. If you have requested a password reset, please use cut & paste to enter this for the first time.

ACCESSCARDS & LIVE4CITY CARDS 2010/11
Accesscards & Live4city cards from 2007/8, 2008/9 and 2009/10 are still valid for the Season, (as long as the Live4City member is still under 16). You do not need to renew them. If you no longer have a valid card, then one will be added at the point of sale when you purchase any match tickets. If you cannot find your Accesscard/s, then please contact us after you have booked your next tickets for a game. If you have more than one Accesscard in your name/supporter number, then please contact us with card numbers (located bottom right of card), so we can tell you which card is valid. Proof of age may be required before we can release cards/tickets.
