Season Ticket Download

Trying to download my season ticket to Iphone wallet via the link on the City website, but I keep getting a message saying " FORBIDDEN Maximum number (2) of passes issued, remove one of the existing copies of this pass from an Apple device"

I have no passes in my wallet or any that have been previously deleted. I have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the apple wallet, bur still no luck. Had no issues last season. Any ideas how to resolve please? I have emailed the club but have had no reply!

Not sure if you've managed to resolve this yet, but I had exactly the same issue, emailed the club yesterday evening and received an email back this morning with a link to download my ticket

Yes, Had to send 2 emails and make a call to get it sorted.
