Trying to download my season ticket to Iphone wallet via the link on the City website, but I keep getting a message saying " FORBIDDEN Maximum number (2) of passes issued, remove one of the existing copies of this pass from an Apple device"
I have no passes in my wallet or any that have been previously deleted. I have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the apple wallet, bur still no luck. Had no issues last season. Any ideas how to resolve please? I have emailed the club but have had no reply!
