Season Ticket problems.

Sorry for asking a question that has been asked plenty of times before. I just don't seem to be able to find the answer.

Can anyone give me Danny Wilson's email address please.?

Somewhere between the club and my new bank the direct debit for season tickets has been messed up.

The bank says it's City fault. City Direct debit team are saying it's everyone else's fault but theirs and are cancelling my season tickets unless I pay in full.
They have absolutely zero interest in helping out.

Followed City for 40+ years as a fan and now I'm just an irrelevant customer,, very poor.

You've followed City for over 40 years and not been stitched up by the ticket office? Incredible
 
Just had to say what an absolute credit Danny Wilson is to City.

Sorted my problem with absolutely no fuss.

Great work.
 
Whilst I'm glad you go it sorted it is a worry that it was something that can be and was easily sorted yet most people in the club now have absolutely zero interest in helping you out.
Bet if you were in the tunnel club you'd have had pep calling you straight back to get it sorted!!

Ultimately it was a mistake from City's End not the bank. Yet there was absolutely no talking to them, they weren't interested in listening what I was trying to explain, that was until Danny Wilson got involved. Then they couldn't be more helpful. 5-10 mins on the phone sorted what I had been trying to sort with them for almost a week.
