Ultimately it was a mistake from City's End not the bank. Yet there was absolutely no talking to them, they weren't interested in listening what I was trying to explain, that was until Danny Wilson got involved. Then they couldn't be more helpful. 5-10 mins on the phone sorted what I had been trying to sort with them for almost a week.
Danny Wilson is the absolute top man for customer service at City, he really is that helpful and makes you feel that nothing is too much trouble, that is how the club should be, maybe does not get the credit he deserves.
