When you log in, under the "next game" there is an option to manage tickets
Click on that

I appreciate any nice gesture such as the package received.
Doesn’t bother me that the value doesn’t come close to what we all spend per year, they don’t have to give these things away. Happy enough with mine :)

Nor here.....but I am a pleb from EL3 who lives in a part of the stadium that gets zero investment to improve the fanday 'experience' unless that constitutes being surrounded by Dippers whenever we play them as the club likes selling blocks of tickets to tourists. (fume)
