Would be interesting to put some meat on the discussion and feedback? Just a grey letter saying we did our little bit isn't very illuminating in regards the clubs reasoning, response and attitude. Blanket, multi - representative, -in effect, focus groups, are all well and good - although ironically a lot of quality is excluded by the necessity for inclusion (difficult balance) - If you're going to be given such access - make sure you have some teeth.

Whatever happened to the City Matters rep who was actually a Chelsea fan and bragged about it on social media? Did she sign it?
