Where’s the logic on relocation window being open before linked juniors get a chance to buy a new ST?

So if I relocate this week (as planned) but then my lad gets chance to get a ST we’ll probably have to relocate again to sit together….

I don’t see the logic. Am I missing something

You are not the only one. It seems ridiculous and I'm sure it is opposite to what they did last year.

You do have to keep an eye on the buggers! Suits me as I’m travelling down to London 8am Friday morning and would probably of forgot to check, albeit I’d be swapping 4 seats & there’s not really gonna be many decent opportunities I wouldn’t of thought. Will probably have a peep out of interest, but it’s looking like the completion of the north stand is our best bet

It's completely ridiculous. There is a none season ticket seat on my row that we were hoping to move the friend I sit with to and then putting my linked junior on the one next to me. But alas no, City have other ideas and I'll end up in the gods somewhere.
 
never done relocation before. can I swop around 2 existing seats I have on my family and friend.

There was a glitch last year where you couldn't and it was a gamble. Think they eventually ironed it out later on in the day, but by then there's a good chance your choice of seats had gone.

Find it quite ridiculous they only allocate one day for this. You know everybody else is on at the same time so it can be far more stressful than it needs to be, especially with things like that glitch last year.
*Edit just seen Jesus' post that they've extended it slightly because of the cup final, better but still not great.

Should be a week or something. Individuals can't necessarily get to a computer on that day or have the time to call up. I get that ticket sales are like this, but for a season ticket it's completely different and you will be in that seat for 19 games+ whatever cup schemes you're in.

The whole of the North Stand has no availability at all? I find that a bit hard to believe.
