Season Tickets - 2025/26 | Changes to ticket transfer this season (p101)

Is this going to mean using a burner phone to share a season ticket within the family, is going to be impossible?

Anyone got a link to the stadium map so I can see what's available? Qualify in the 4pm window so touch and go whether or not I get one.

Madness, by default you automatically qualify for the new criteria, but obviously that would still be a flexi when you’ve qualified for gold. I would highlight your case to City matters, they’re really good at issues like this

Morning. Do you know how I'd get in contact with City matters (I can't seem to private message @ManCityHelp on twitter for some reason). Basically I qualify comfortably for the 10am 20+ home games Flexi-Gold drop on Monday but I didn't get an email with instructions so called up yesterday and they said it's because my accounts been banned due to ticket touting. I didn't know anything about this or receive any communication on this and it looks like I may miss out on a Flexi-Gold if I don't get it resolved by 10am on Monday after going to 31 games in total this season on a Matchday Membership. I called again this morning and the weekend team said they couldn't do much until Monday - I fear it may be too late by then. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

That is a conundrum, think you need to be on the phone from 9.50am Monday morning, with a list of prepared questions. What I would also do is go through your Twitter & think back if you’ve ever sold a ticket on there. They’ve been clamping down on people that have been selling & swapping on there (might be why you can’t contact fan support to) I know one or two who run ticket pages and they’re being targeted in a big way, So you will need to cover every eventuality, as they’ll only need one instance

Jesus, this sounds like a right shit show.

I know people in the past who’ve been banned and didn’t even know about it though, so it doesn’t totally surprise me.

Best of luck. After paying full whack for 31 games, they should be giving you a ST for fuck all.
 
Anyone know how it will work tomorrow? When you click on the link will it take you to a stadium map with available seats? I’m in the 4pm group so I would imagine there will be few if any left.

I contacted the club yesterday I’ve got 2 links for myself and my son for 4 clock advised to contact the club sort out the seats, as it’s confusing with 2 links.

Yes, I can confirm that. Bought mine at 10 am today.

More seats in the East Stand than in the Colin Bell Stand, so - if they worked out the criteria carefully - you may be able to buy a season ticket at 4pm - although you may have to compromise on location.

My friend did 12 on his membership last year, he is looking to get a flexi gold and hoping they drop the criteria in time for him to grab one.
His son who is 17 got one near us in SS3 but obviously his dad would like one there too. Any thoughts if the club will lower the criteria. I’m looking at the live planner and it still seems there are a few to sell.
 
Is the flexi season ticket map the same as the one currently showing on the gold link? Trying to scout a few potential seats before the 4pm window.
