Got this emailed last nightWhat are the new requirements can't see anything on the website?
Just that window and nothing else after that?Got this emailed last night
Thursday 5th June, 10am: Cityzens Matchday Members who have purchased 14 or more matches* and Cityzens Junior Members who have purchased 8 or more matches
That’s all I got on the email mate. Not even sure if there is any left! Very oddJust that window and nothing else after that?
And who is to stop someone from the UK to do that, sounds like double standards. Rather than targeting foreign fans just target the club and ridiculous policyIt sounds from what I’ve read that an overseas supporters club have a few season tickets for the group which they share. And take it turns to visit. Rather than the actual named owner attending. Which sounds quite reasonable until you see how draconian they’re being with UK fans.
Well that’s exactly what they are trying to stop UK fans from doing. And I’ve certainly targeted the club with phone calls, emails, getting Alex at City Matters involved. Not that it’s achieved much. It’s a ridiculous policy. I appreciate they don’t want season tickets being sold to any Tom, Dick or Harry. But if 2 or 3 named people use one season tickets , what harm are they doing? And who is to stop someone from the UK to do that, sounds like double standards. As someone without a ST yet I'm curious is there anything in place to actually stop a few people sharing a season ticket aside from the one ticket per device rule?Well that’s exactly what they are trying to stop UK fans from doing. There’s nothing to stop people doing it unofficially by sharing a phone. And passing it round. For those like us who do it officially via transferring the ticket, the new 10 game attendance for the named holder, puts limits on it.As someone without a ST yet I'm curious is there anything in place to actually stop a few people sharing a season ticket aside from the one ticket per device rule?

Looks like not everyone got an email. My sister is on 15 games and has had nothing. That’s all I got on the email mate. Not even sure if there is any left! Very odd
They wouldn’t if it’s on a communal device that’s shared about. Or someone has it on their phone and is willing to hand their phone over for several hours. But how would they know if you do personally attend the match if you have a season ticket on a device and give it to a family member for a game how would the club know whether it was you who 'personally' attended?
I understand there is a lot of speculation with the new turnstiles being brought in but until they start asking you to upload a photo surely you can still share one ST.
Gonna fuck the he/she, transgender camera right up:)But how would they know if you do personally attend the match if you have a season ticket on a device and give it to a family member for a game how would the club know whether it was you who 'personally' attended?

Tell her to ring up asap. My mate rung up when I seen the chat on here and got sorted. He never got an email, but sorted it over the phone.Looks like not everyone got an email. My sister is on 15 games and has had nothing.
How do I get one season ticket onto two devices. I do all matches but my son works shifts and 10 will be touch and go. We always have mates who use it but as we can’t officially transfer would ideally have the ticket on my phone and his. Any ideas appreciatedThere’s no one ticket per device rule.
But there is a new 10 games personally attended rule. Which makes it impossible for two people to officially share a ticket and both meet the criteria. Which seems to be what people are saying the Norway people have been given special permission to do.
Others might be better placed to answer but I'd imagine that you can't have a ST on 2 different devices at any one time. Best way round it is get a burner phone, download it onto that, and share it with your sonHow do I get one season ticket onto two devices. On your device go to tickets.mancity.com and sign in to your account. On the season tickets tab it will show your season tickets, there is a box to download it to your wallet.
