Season Tickets - 2025/26 | Changes to ticket transfer this season (p101)

Yes I understand what you meant by ‘physical’. I hadn’t realised they still issued actual season Cards, they did say they wouldn’t be offering this option any more? I think this new system is going to give a lot of supporters grief.

I think several hundred got issued last season,i had to go to the man city help desk a few times with my mobile,where their tech genius would fix my problem,he couldn't so I was issued with an old style season card,which is what i wanted anyway, all that took about 5 long phone calls and 2 trips to the store,then it didn't turn up at my address and I had to queue up for it on the first game last season v ipswich, it looks like i will be doing the same on saturday.
 
From posts over the last few days, it seems transfers to non members are email, and those to members go into their account and then their wallet. Worth having a look at posts over the last day or so.
I transfered a spurs ticket to a non member and it went into his account, no email. Not sure how he got it in his wallet, will find out when I see him next.
 
The Premier League mandated digital ticketing but I don't think they or the clubs have any strategy by which they can improve ticketing.

This may include supporters who have a disability that makes the purchase or use of digital tickets challenging. Other examples include some group bookings, such as school or Club Community partners. I had a fuck uo with my season ticket which it loked like I had lost after a lifetime, fair play to city the customer service I have received since has been off the scale. Cannot fault them one bit. Can’t wait for weekend. Season 42 / think I am in for life!!
 
So that’s how it was resolved, one hour on hold, helpful girl eventually answered in a manner which led me to believe I wasn’t the first person with this issue, 5 minutes later email sent and ticket downloaded. No explanation why it didn’t work initially as nothing was wrong with registration, account or anything . The cynic in me thinks it was all part of the strategy to discourage anyone without a paid membership getting a ticket.
Same issue and resolved in the same way -she told me we didn't have the email as they weren't sending them out as yet ? - a bit shit really considering the game is only 4 days away.
 
I have been trying to transfer my wife’s ticket to my son. The facility was greyed-out until Friday. We made the transfer but nothing appeared on my son’s phone until today.

Did you get your seat back?
 
My foster son has paid for for a cityzen membership a few weeks ago. He has not received any email about putting his membership in his wallet. Does he need to download it?
 
Somewhat concerned about this new bloody rule as I’ve got vertigo at the moment and not sure I’ll be making Saturday. Whilst I know I can transfer over to relatives, it doesn’t seem to account for such instances. I hope they’d not expect a drs note the little hitlers!!
