Season Tickets - 2026/27 | Ticket prices frozen (p9)

Pls forgive the dumb question - but how does the match to match pricing work?
I read in the 26-27 pricing PDF that "Each time you buy your Premier League match ticket, adults get £7.50 off a... the equivalent Gold Season Ticket price, for up to 16 games"

So does that mean that for each game, I pay 1/19th of the annual seat price minus £7.50?

Cos thats how I read it...

but then...

"Prices for each fixture will vary according to seat location and opposition" so does that mean I could pay buttons for some matches but £70 notes for certain opposition??

I'm likely to get bumped to a flexi ticket at the very least due to the stupid 10 game rule, so I'm debating whether to take the bumping or sack it off completely.

I also don't get how they are bumping folk from Full to Flexi due to not attending 10 games, yet the flexi ticket also has a 10 game minimum. What am I missing?
Season ticket cost divided by 19, minus £7 for each game. Eg, I pay £120 at the start of the season, then £18 per game for my seat in SS3.

Flexi need to use 10 games, but ticket has to be used 10 times, meaning you can attend 7 and transfer 3.

My seat is the same price for each game (1/19th minus £7.50). Think there's some areas that aren't 1/19th but I dunno whereabouts

I’m in a flexi and have been charged the same price for every match I have attended this season (PL).

I got my renewal email today, saying i can pay on May 14th, i need to do the last two games to hit 10 games, hows that work? i an assuming once I pay I am good for next regardless of what happens for the last two games, cant imagine they would rescind and refund me? Surely not worth the hassle,

Just received mail from club saying I haven’t met the ticket utilisation policy this season so only eligible to renew onto a flexi season ticket. Been a ST holder since 2011.
I had a feeling this would happen, have moved to Spain and not able to go as much as I used to. Use the exchange when I can but the tickets don’t always sell.
They say I can try appeal but tbh it is what it is. Anyone else use Flexi? Any good?

Just received an email saying I haven’t met the criteria to attend games this season, so they can only offer me a flexi season ticket. I missed some matches due to work commitments and caring for family, but I always put my seats on the exchange. I’m gutted — I’ve held my tickets for over 35 years.

Yeah I'm expecting this one, if I cant go, I list it on the TE, it sells - I dont lose out, they get more £ than if I had turned up, especially if whoever buys it also buys a pie and spends a few quid in the shop. I get the aim of the policy (seat hoarding for big games, leaving seat empty etc ) but if you dont do that then I think it's harsh.

EDIT: Got my "booting you to flexi" email as I wrote this post!

Appeal mate, contact the club stating your circumstances

Just registered my sons membership for a upgrade to ST, and our existing 3 ST to relocate from East 3 to North Stand. I hope they process them in the correct order and upgrade him prior to our relocation window elsewise he may end up being able to upgrade but have no seat to move into if all relocations are processed first.

Great advice, would it be there generic email address or is there a special season ticket appeals.
its access@mancity.com
I wrote to them yesterday as I have only done eight and have surgery which may mean I don't get to ten. I haven't had a response yet but did get an email this morning which looks like a normal renewal so who knows.

It looks as though if you have 8 they are assuming you will do the rest as I have 8 and i got the normal renewal email, il have done 11 by the end so no biggie for me but its interesting how they have done.

keen to see how many people have done that are getting shifted to flexi gold?

North Stand and junior interest pre-registration done for my son. Fingers crossed!!

Been a ST holder since 1999 when I was 8 so I'm hoping that counts for something, likely not though...
