season tickets for next year

I am on the waiting list for getting one. well, I have been going to loads of games last two seasons anyway on my brothers ticket as he has been living in spain but he has come back and re-claimed it!!! so got to get my own...

My two brothers have a seat each next to each other in colin bell top tier, If I get one this year how hard will it be to get three together and how does it work? do we just say we all want to sit next each other as close as possible to their current location?

If there is no waiting list, how are people saying they are on the waiting list? I'll be getting one for the first time next season. Got a well nice pay rise so can definitely afford it along with the travel costs so am well excited.
