New to all this - how does the cup scheme work?

you sign up to take cup tickets for all home games, apart from the points per game they give you an extra 50 at the start of the season. i should be ok myself but my family only have 4800 ish so every little helps, this coming season for sure.

Not had one for a few seasons,had tickets at right money for picked games from good lads on here,De Niro,Mouldens Chippy, for last couple of seasons,but gonna take the plunge again for this coming season.
I mean Sundays are going to be a better day all of a sudden,as long as we stay in the Europa.

However my question is this..I have 2900 points but cannot apply for one yet,anyone know when I can ?
