If you think about it there's 38,000 cards to be printed from the pc onto some card. Each card is them laminated, trimmed and put into an envelope. Then the name and address written on the front. A stamp then has to be licked and stuck on the front. Someone than has to put them in carrier bags and give them to the work experience lad to take down to the Post Office. As he's only on a mountain bike this will take almost forty trips over two days to get them all there.
Once at the Post Office, the staff will then try every one in the letter/small packet guage before putting them into the sack behind the counter.
Overall this whole process will take almost two weeks.
So be patient.
