Same here. Had to close down do the reload ticket thing in wallet to get it to scan.The exact same thing has happened to me the last two games. Except yesterday it scanned red and then green. There's definitely something wrong with the system.
Could you ask if somebody was sat in your seat ie stewards check then find out what the fucks going on, not good whatever went wrong heard of this happening before but it needs sorting asapPossibly a thread on this already, can't find it.

I see plenty of people going in on paper tickets,i just presume they've bought it before the game, i would refuse to be moved if someone was in my seat.My mate had someone with a paper ticket sat in his season ticket seat when he got there. This other lad’s paper ticket had the same ticket details on.
Stewards didn’t know what to do so moved my mate instead of the imposter.

There is an option when you add someone to your friends and family where it lets you allow them to buy and exchange tickets on your behalf.How does having anyone on your F&F affect your own seasoncard's ability to enter the stadium? I have a few people on my F&F who I have transferred tickets to, but unless I transfer it then they don't get access! Genuine question by the way, just a little confused!
