Seasoncard - 2021/22

I think I have the answer to my relocation question. Looks like tier 2 is out. Can anyone tell me if Colin Bell stand tier 1 is any good. I dont want to get soaked if it rains but I can’t remember if tier 1 is under cover.

Can anyone please advise how you can check today what seats are available to relocate to so I know if I need to take time off or not tomorrow when the window is open.

We would like to thank Seasoncard holders for renewing their Seasoncard for the 2021/22 season.

Now that the Seasoncard renewal window has closed, supporters may wish to review other seating options that were previously unavailable.

The Seasoncard relocation window will open on Wednesday 23rd June from 9am to 6pm.

Specific relocation time slots will be opened for each available area of the Etihad Stadium, detailed below. If supporters would like to move to a certain area of the stadium they will need to ensure they relocate within the designated window.

After this time, any remaining seats may be offered to supporters with a Cityzens Matchday Membership.

Relocation window time slots

Supporters will have the opportunity to relocate to their chosen area of the Etihad Stadium within the following time slots:

9am to 1pm – Wednesday 23rd June

Supporters wanting to relocate to:

  • Family Stand Level 1
  • East Stand Level 1 and 3

2pm to 6pm – Wednesday 23rd June

Supporters wanting to relocate to:

  • South Stand Level 1 and 3 (limited availability)
  • Colin Bell Stand Level 1 and 3

How to relocate your seat

Once the relocation window has opened, the quickest and simplest way for supporters to relocate their seat is online here following the steps below:

  • Click My Account in the top right-hand corner
  • Select Season Tickets shown underneath name and supporter number
  • Select the 2021/2022 Seasoncards that you would like to relocate, then click Relocate Seat
  • Choose a new seat(s) (available seats are shown in blue on the stadium plan) then click Ok
  • Review your order then select Checkout
  • Complete your transaction

Further support and guidance on the online relocation process can be found here.

Please note: we cannot accept relocation requests via email.

Disabled supporters who wish to relocate their seat should call the Access Team on +44 (0)161 444 1894 (option 1, option 2, option 2) to discuss their seating and access requirements in more detail. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests, subject to availability.

Seasoncard paid by card

Any supporter who relocates to a new seat that costs less than their current seat will receive a refund of the difference in value to the payment card originally used to pay for their Seasoncard.

Any supporter who relocates to a new seat that costs more than their current seat will have to pay the additional cost.

Seasoncard paid by Direct Debit

Any supporters on the Direct Debit scheme will not have to make payment when completing their transaction online and will instead have their instalment amounts changed accordingly.
