Yes the final sentence gives it away.
A lot of folks taking up these deferred seats may not be fully aware of the reason for them being available & may assume they’re now their seats as long as they renew season on season, the final sentence being just a disclaimer (small print).
oh well, better to fill them in an attempt at the fullest stadium possible as opposed to being empty.

I should be getting my Senior bus/tram pass next season as I will be 66 yo next June.
I would like a plastic card to use as well.

Got mine this year thanks to Bandwagoner Burnham had to pay 10 quid to use the trams. Used it for the first time the other day. still not in credit
