Seasoncard - 2021/22

How about holding a Help day City?? Ticket office and IT people on hand to assist, you know, the paying public.
This is why this whole debacle is a year too early and a shambles, should have given it a season and bombarded us, email and on the screens with help and had drop-in assistance rather than under trained ticket office staff telling you to "do it online".
I think" help day" wil be the Norwich game !!!

Haha I’m at work until 1 o’clock next Saturday so by the time I get to the ground I’ll be stood in that carnage you’ll be watching from SS3 as that’s where I am. Think of me while you’re having a nice watered down pint that’s just been increased in price or a cafe latte rather than a bovril.
Ever hopefull it'll not be as bad as we think.

Re beer, if not driving I'd usually have a few in town or the Townley pre game but as in The Full Monty for one time only I'll be drinking inside on dark fruit cider if they still have it, from experience it's the only thing served that tastes something like it does in a pub..I'll suck up the price rise this once.

Thanks lancsblue and yeseye, you should set yourselves up as an alternative customer services department! Just one more question, my 2 under 18 kids don’t have vaccinations or nhs apps, just their season cards on my phone, will they be ok with just season cards?

PS the puck pickets will have a field day knowing every adult is carrying an iPhone or smart phone, good work City

From gov.uk
Children are not currently being vaccinated against COVID-19.

Therefore, those under 18 should not have to demonstrate their COVID-19 status for entry to domestic events or venues.

Please tell me more.
