I went to the ground today and in fairness to the club it was relatively well organised. There are still staff they're that aren't great using phrases like 'I think that should work' but the main supporter services staff and the boss who was walking down the queue were pretty clued up.
They are aware there are lots of issues and people aren't happy there will be a further communication/email going out apparently start of next week with an easier method to download your tickets as they are aware of the issues for fans with kids using same email address etc.
I arrived at 9.40 about 25 people infront of me in the queue albeit it didn't open till 10. My questions were answered In the queue, I checked my ticket worked at the turnstile which it did and I was on my way home by 10.15
