Seasoncard - 2021/22

Anyone know how my son can download his seasoncard onto Wallet if he hasn’t received the email from the club to download? Club have been contacted twice but no response despite an email acknowledgement saying they would be in contact. He’s missed the first 2 home games now through no fault of his own. He’s asked for a refund but not hopeful.
Oh and on the website he says it asks you to choose option 7 for mobile ticketing queries but it only goes up to option 5 when he rang..

Maybe they haven’t assigned tickets to the RB Leipzig game yet because the club don’t know if away fans are allowed in (current unconfirmed rumour that they will be allowed in). So, they won’t know how many fans they have to move from their usual allocated league seat.
This may or may not include me in SSL3.

I don’t want them to move me to somewhere where people stand up, sit down and keep moving all game as basically my body is worn out, so, as soon as we get them I’ll be checking to see if I need to relocate or have a mate to help me.

I’ve got a ‘reservations’ section on my account that wasn’t there before, which I clicked on and it said I had ‘reservations to confirm’, but there are none in there and no money has been taken through my debit card yet.

Not panicking, just explaining why 9 days before the game people need to know where they are sitting in order to relocate if the assigned seat is unsuitable. 3 days notice is not enough for me.

Leipzig will just have the usual away end plus a handful of premium seats in level 2.

Assuming you are talking about cup scheme, your ticket hasn't been paid for yet that's why it's showing as reserved.
 
The only problem with updating the wallets to show Leipzig on the 13th is that there will only be two days to sort it if things go wrong.
I've joined 3 cup schemes and that's confirmed on my account, but I'll still get nervous until the wallet shows the ticket.
It’s showing Southampton ticket is available to print but not leipzap but the Southampton game is 3 days later ffs
