Seasoncard Renewal thread 2016/17 - Prices Frozen

Could you change your payment method from direct debit to lump sum payment up front during the renewal window??

Not had an email about anything yet, and not been following this thread. I'm leaving the country, so obviously won't be renewing. Do I need to physically do something to not renew? I don't want to be auto renewed! Cheers.

You will have to renew your card. The only part that is auto is the direct debits once you have renewed, if that is how you paid the previous season.

Last year I did similar mate, I think i had to pay the first month on direct debit because it was too close to the date of it being taken and then just paid the remaining amount but they said as long as it is a week before direct debit date it is ok to cancel and pay

Is it possible (I know there's limited availability obviously) of going from a normal season ticket holder in the South Stand (at £600 a year) to one of these £299 cheaper tickets? I've been struggling all year to afford it and I was going to quit this summer but I might just stay on if it was a little cheaper.

Think you have to wait for the relocation window and see what your options are.

Cheers I pretty much thought as much i.e. I'd have to renew and then take my chances. I'm just sure I can afford it another year, seems a shame as next season will be my 20th in a row

I think they still do value gold give them a bell or wait until your on line catalogue arrives on Monday. value gold is where they choose where your seat is and they are £299. they are first come first served.

Yeah I just wasn't sure whether I could switch from being a normal gold season ticket holder to value gold. It wouldn't actually bother me having my seat picked for me, the atmosphere has died in the South Stand this year since the new tier opened in my opinion. I'm also a little fed up of standing - old age is getting to me! ;-)

Just had a quick look at the prices - didn't realise they did all these reduced prices for 'pitch-side' etc. (presumably this is where you get absolutely drenched and can't see feck all!). I also didn't know it was cheaper in the top tier of the South Stand (I know, where have I been!). It just gives me a few more options for carrying on and saving a few bob in the process!
