Seasoncard Renewal thread 2016/17 - Prices Frozen

Not really any queues at the bars ?????? ....seats are fantastic and that's why I pay £1300 a season ..but the queues are a nightmare it literally takes all half time to be served - I've written to the club 3 times to complain and not even got an acknowledgment.

Are you sure? I think it is really easy to get served in there?

Once the relocations window has opened, you can relocate via the following ways:

- Call the Supporter Services Team on +44 (0)161 444 1894 (Option 1, Option 3)
- In person at the North Stand Ticket Office, located in City Square behind the stage
– please read our important information section below about visiting the Etihad Stadium

Please note, as it is only possible to relocate via two channels, supporters may experience longer wait times when calling or visiting the stadium. We apologise in advance and will service all supporters as soon as possible.

If you do relocate, depending on the price of your new seat being lower or higher in value, you will either be refunded the difference or will have to pay the additional cost. Supporters who have signed up to the direct debit scheme will have their instalment amounts adjusted accordingly.

Some areas of the Etihad Stadium are already sold out, while others have extremely limited capacity.

Sold out areas are:




    • Colin Bell Stand Level 2 – specifically blocks 228, 230, 231
    • East Stand Level 2 – specifically blocks 204, 202, 201, 242
Limited availability exists in:

- Family Stand Level 2
- South Stand Level 2 & 3

Reasonable availability exists in all other areas of the Etihad Stadium.

Please note that disabled supporters who wish to relocate their seat should call the Disabled Ticket Line on +44 (0)161 444 1894 (option 1, option 1, option 1) or visit the Etihad Stadium Ticket Office to discuss their seating requirements in more detail. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests, subject to availability.

Important information

Due to the Bruce Springsteen concert on Wednesday 25 May, access to the Ticket Office will be limited and we would advise supporters who wish to relocate in person to take care when accessing the campus and be vigilant of large vehicles.

Supporters are advised, the Blue Car Park is open to supporters wishing to relocate in person. Please note that the Blue Car Park opens at 6am.
 
Just looked at my renewal, I'm on DD I've had no conformation email, when I log on it says I've joined fa and league cup schemes and its £598, but my seat is £299, there is no options for me to join or leave any cup schemes it all seems screwed up.
 
Are you sure? My first e-mail from the club said "should you wish to, you will also need to join the 2016/17 Cup Scheme(s) during the renewal window" Last year the cup schemes were run independently of the season card renewal but this is not what they are saying this time. They are effectively saying you join or drop out along with the season card renewal. Has anyone actually checked with the club? It is difficult for me to do so myself because I am abroad at the moment but I would be interested to know if anyone has confirmed this.

You can drop out of the cup schemes any time you just forfeit the loyalty points for joining the scheme we did that this year when money got tight with the psg game dropped out of the cup scheme 2 days before direct debit and they just took away the 200 loyalty point.

Just the confusing way the information is being shown on the website. Seems to have added two seasons together as it was automatic renewal. The amount is for renewal and is correct, but the summary invoice is wrong.

I got an email with the figures through yesterday with the dd payment info.
 
Hoping to get my lad his first season ticket in the Family Stand, so if anyone wants to kindly relocate from there to free up two spaces that'd be much appreciated.

See if you can get into 241 mate, I know a few in there who have had to leave this coming season.
