I was expecting my sons to increase this year as he's now 16, but the small print in the email says 'For the 2017/18 season age band categories are as follows; Under 18, 18-21, Adult and Over 65. Your age band and therefore the price you pay is calculated based on the age you will be as of 1st August 2017.' Is that new, or was I wrong thinking there was a 16-18 category?
Yeah I read that, my lad is 17 upon renewal date so last year his ticket went up from Junior to the 16-17 bracket.
It'd be nice if his ticket price therefore went back down this year but I wouldn't be surprised if they're planning to raise the kids prices to offset the loss of the 16-17 bracket.

BT once emailed me to tell me they'd cut off my internet access after I'd changed my debit card and forgot to update the new one with them. That was after they'd cut me off. It took some time to convince the BT CSA I spoke to, enquiring why I seemed to have no internet access, that it wasn't really the cleverest thing to have done. "But we emailed you" he said. "After you cut off my access so how the hell was I supposed to be able to read the email". Long pause "I think I see what you're saying".Hah!
