Seasoncards to be sent out. Paper tkts possible for Watford

Got mine today but not for my 2 boys, not sure why they would send them separately. Mine was personalised and i am pleased with the quality.
 
Getting concerned. Tomorrow is supposed to be the last day for dispatch & delivery yet no text, email or satisfying thunk in my letter box.
Is this an East Stand tier 3 Block 301 issue or just me?
 
Got mine today. Great package, good personalized picture. Card slightly warped but sure it will flatten in my wallet.

Seems odd that they would let you use a brand's image like that, given the strict rules.
 
So, my first ever season card arrived safely today. Sadly, I have a completely blank back instead of the mythical personalisation. Never mind. But I also signed my partner up for a Cityzen Card, on which I bought a Chelsea ticket. This has not yet turned up. Any other Cityzen Cards been delivered yet? When do I start flapping?
 
Mine not here. Not arsed. Just get a ticket on the day. And then moan like fuck to a person who is not responsible at the ticket office
 
Arrived safely yesterday and both personalized (mine and my dads). Only very slightly warped but will flatten out in my wallet.
 
Still had the last two seasons cards in my wallet. This new card is slimmer and a lot cheaper looking. Mine is even bent a little bit and the personalised picture is a bit dark/blurred at the bottom.

Mansour can **** off.
 
Still no email, thought today was the last day for posting. Might have to give the ticket office a ring, going to the test event on Wednesday needs to come before that as I have no paper ticket either
 
Got the wife's and mine 2 weeks ago, but still waiting for my daughters. Phoned up and they said there are some still yet to be printed/sent out and if we've not recieved it by Friday the 14th to phone up to arrange a paper ticket for the Chelsea match.

That's daft totally reliant on the post delivering Saturday morning.
 
just got off the phone to supporter services they have said that there is a back log and that they will be out next week however when i asked if i was gonna have to stump up to the ticket office on the day of the Chelsea game (if i still hadn't received mine) she couldn't give any assurances that that wouldn't be the case ..... great !

Even more ridiculous when you think if you are direct debit the cards renewed themselves

Mine arrived today had the email this morning and another as it dropped through the letter box , everything fine but the plastic is not as thick as last years and think they will be issueing a lot of replacement ones this season as they don't look as if they will wear that well !!
