Not really good enough is it.
It's no way near good. It's so bad that all the staff involved in this need a huge round of applause for how shit they're at there jobs.
I wonder if the chairmen and chief execs get involved in this stuff. Or will it be one of those matter where it will goes as far as the ticket office manager. God knows, but its laughable for a massive business like city to fuck up the most important thing to a football club, tickets.

Thing is as long as we are top and wining cups the ground is likely to be near capacity for most games so no one apart from the few thousand affected gives a fuck be interesting to see what happens if the badlands return and yes I was there when we were shitIt's no way near good. A little off topic but is when you upgrade a concession to an adult ticket do they update the seasoncard or do you need to get a paper ticket? And is there a deadline before the game this needs to be done by?
They Just update the card. I always keep the receipt too just Incase.
