i'm not sure if there is anything wrong with this.the guy has the reqd points and its sensible that the club pre sell to those who can buy.all the more time for staff to be available to serve on the phones or at the counter.

For me it is nothing to do with being first. It is about fairness. I really would rather not have to spend a day queueing (or a day trying to get through on the phone desperately hoping the fuckwit I get through to doesn't fuck up my tickets). Seems some people don't have to waste a day of their lives and that decision has not neccessarily been based on their loyalty to the club.
