I was surprised to see several different options on sale for todays game. Is that purely down to tickets being put on the exchange presumably due to the early kick off time ?

Tickets will always be available due to ticket exchange.

There are 6 out of 53400ish on there right now. That’s 0.011% of capacity.

They’re not wild estimates, the club provide the police with the numbers actually going through the turnstyles, hence those GMP figures showed 10 thousand on average less than the club quoted

I’d love to know the actual attendance at that Arsenal Thursday night game a few years ago. Have I imagined this or did I once read that the police have to be informed of the actual number of people in the ground at each match? I’m having a flashback that GMP once released some stats on the numbers actually in attendance at City and United one year.

The BBC did one a couple of years ago where City’s were miles lower but Utd’s were exactly the same as they reported. So when Utd played that re-arranged bomb scare game where only half the fans turned up and listed it as 74k attendance, the BBC had that down as being the actual bums on seats.
