The City ticket office staff have been out for a leaving do at lunch and had a couple of pints. Someone has decided to fuck with the Seat Counter's heads and they are all sitting there now watching this thread and pissing themselves laughing. This needs to be brought up at the next City Matters. It shows the contempt that Soriano holds for us fans.

I agree with this… no way have we sold those stupidly priced level 2 tickets! And they way the numbers are falling after plateauing the last few days seems strange to me. I am just a casual seat counter though

Yep - have to admit that even I'm stumped on this one. Your theory about City staff on the piss in town at lunchtime is the most plausible explanation!
