Seat Counters - 2023/24

Why would they do that, sounds a bit daft. I know you have a price issue fair enough, but seem a bit desperate for it not to sell out.
Maybe the single tickets lend themselves more to the walk up sales or even give aways. The pairs of tickets are more likely to sell on line. Just a guess. It’s going to be a very big crowd, regardless.

City have done it loads of times before - taking tickets off sale and adding them back on - but it would be odd to take the East Stand tickets off sale rather than West Stand as East Stand is where the TV cameras are pointed at. For that reason, I think these have been genuine sales this morning plus interest always goes up on the day of the game if any tickets remain, with plenty of fans buying on impulse.

For anybody that believes for this game City hardly sold a ticket for 10 days, then 3000 flew out in rapid sales in a day and half I have some magic beans for sale that you might like to buy.

There weren’t 3000 left a day and a half ago. More like 2000. At the start of the week there were around 3400 showing just before they relaxed the selling criteria.

Anyway, we’ll see tonight but I’ll be surprised if there are swathes of empty seats in any area of the ground.

I’ve had 2 Blues contacting me in the last mins asking me if I know a spare ticket for today. There’s still quite a bit of demand.

Wish I could believe you - but unless somebody walked up to the stadium today and bought 500 east stand L3 tickets something fishy has gone on.

All will be revealed at 5:30

After the criteria windows have passed, the fastest sales period is 1-2 days before a game - if there are any available of course.

It’s just human nature. If Liam Gallagher was at the Co-op Live tonight, hundreds and hundreds would be looking for tickets today.

You are right, but 500 tickets selling in 10 minutes, then 130 selling in the next 3 hours hasn't happened. I'd imagine quite a few have been given away hopefully to locals but more likely staff.

What a strange example ? He’s not playing so absolutely no relevance.

Hundreds of tickets disappeared in a matter of minutes.

They were either given away en masse or pulled from sale.

There will either be empty seats or a load of kids having a light show with their phones on 75 mins to tell us what happened.

Is this becoming an obsession?
