Seat Counters - 2023/24

So the current points system is a shambles because it doesn't suit you.
Well I say it isn't a shambles because it suits me.
Which one of us is right ?Have you done home and away for the last 45 years to earn the points tally I have got.
Have you travelled all over the country and Europe on any day of the week or at anytime the TV companies dictate.
Have you organised coaches to take groups of supporters to most away matches for many seasons ?

The only thing wrong with the loyalty points scheme is the number of tickets that gets sold through it.
Historically we have seen the allocation reduced from 80 or 90 % of tickets being available to 60% and many times less being available to loyalty point holders.
My radical plan would be,
All away tickets should be sold through the points scheme less players and staff allocation.
10% of that allocation should go to juniors and 18/25 groups
10% to a ballot for anyone under 10000 points
The rest go through the points system.
As I have said many times, it won't happen, because that would upset to many groups who have their snout in the trough.
Whatever the outcome you are never going to please everyone, but let's stop having ago at the loyalty point holders who have earnt their place at the top of the pile and ask questions of the club, where are the other 40 %and sometimes more of the away tickets going and why ?

Like at the Champs final
The trade off with how the UEFA ticketing for the CL final worked was that you could link multiple purchases (provided they were all in the same price band) but you couldn’t select individual seats, just the category you wanted.
It definitely worked for me due to my circumstances but others will always want to pick seats on a plan, especially for a game with expensive tickets.
