Seat Counters - 2023/24

It’s a cushy number runnning an OSC Brsnch. I have just been told a member is being legal action against me and City because they haven’t been provided with heavily discounted disability tickets for the Cup Finak. I requested them.

Why don’t you all try running an OSC Branch. Piece of cake.

People are such entitled arseholes sometimes.

“Legal action”. I hope you laughed at him.

Some ****’s spend too much time watching Judge Judy.

I had some fucker at work a few years ago tell me that I’ll be hearing from, and ( gordondaviesmoustache will like this ) his “legal team” for that well known criminal offence of not wearing a name badge whilst on duty.

I'm pretty sure there is no obligation to provide cheaper tickets for disabled supporters, it's more of a goodwill thing (correct me if I'm wrong) however I'm not sure on civil legality on the right to a free carer ticket.

Thankless task mate, I see what goes into running a branch and it's a thankless task. Fair play to you and everyone else who helps run supporters clubs.

Haha. I’ve heard loads in my time, from thick people thinking they can intimidate when they don’t know the first thing about the law. When you’ve been involved in the real thing a few times you get to learn the laughable ones pretty quickly.

The name badge is a good one. No less credible that the supporters club ticket guy though.

“Mr Timothy of The Oak, you stand accused of ticket fraud and discrimination”

One thing you can cast iron guarantee is that the chairman of a supporter’s branch is not liable.

Ciry undertook a review of ticketing (linked to the OSC) last season and the one weakness they found / addressed was making a requirement for members to buy their tickets direct from City, rather than through the OSC. This followed a so called Bkue taking City to court because they had a problem with a ticket from their Branch. There’s a few if these clowns about or at least 2 anyway.
