Seat Counters - 2024/25

Whilst I absolutely agree the prices are far too high, some people seem to be suggesting a ‘dynamic pricing’ type model. That is, Wolves on a Friday night, with nothing on it, should be very cheap and we’d likely sell out.
That’s all well and good but, if we were a point behind/in front at the top of the table, would they then look to charge double, as everyone would be desperate to be there?
With season-ticket price frozen for next season that sets a floor for match day prices. My season ticket is £760 which works out at £40 per game. Prices for seasoncards should have come down so that matchday prices can be set sensibly. City's seasoncard pricing for next seasonis effectively anticipates a title challenge.

If they’d just charge the season card equivalent, per match, I’d have no problem with it at all. I get just over £45 back on the exchange, so selling my ticket for £46 seems like the right price, not £73!

Seasoncards would then become pointless.

This is all tied in to the football calendar and broadcasters who stagger games through the week. It's all weighted towards the broadcasters at the moment because they pay much more than fans.

See why the club want to have Flexi cards it gives them total control of the ticket if not taken up!

Where as a season ticket holder they are relying on the season ticket holder to put it up for sale with the club!

It's why if you have a flexi you have that window to buy it..

I'd rather that they sell the tickets at a flat rate for all PL games, but they're not going to do that; they'll stick with the categorised system they have now. With that said, yeah, Wolves tickets on a Friday night should be much less than £61.00-£78.00.

How many left for Wolves ?
Don't know but there's 33 in my block, and 345 in EL3. The numbers are static and appear to be from the seasoncard exchanges. In my block I am on the last row of seasoncards and behind me sit match-day fans. On the plan, in my block most empty seats are in the seasoncard section, and there are relatively few seats in the area where I know matchday fans can buy seats.

Our Branch has but our request was less than last year when we get lumbered with very expensive tickets .

Which category did you get last year Tim? Ours were priced at 115 ironically. Seen that category are now 125 this year. Trying to get myself a cheaper one this time around.

Hoping there's less demand than last year with it not being the rags, but who knows as it's the only silverware we've really competed for this season.
