Seat Counters - 2024/25

Thank fuck Pep stayed, otherwise we’d be in the shit.

A new manager with no guarantee of wins, success, and trophies.

The crowds would have plummeted over time.

Calm doon we are built for the long term.

The Sheikh, Khaldoon and others havnt turned into the Glazers and WoodWood !!

City fans would be above, and next to, away fans in ESL110 & SSL113.

Acousticly directed sound travels out and down far more effectively when originating at height, which is why arena & stadium speakers are stacked verticlly and positioned at height.

The sugestion will significantly increase the potential noise from City fans whilst reducing any noise from the shit wet seats with shit views and shit acoustics. 0

City fans first not last !!
Can't argue with any of that to be fair, I meant more that fans are more vocal around the away section rather than anything acoustically. City fans dont come first though

Are you sure we’re built for long term success? 2 more seasons of Pep. A long term tourist fan base. Expensive match tickets. And a dwindling local, young, and legacy match going fan base.
Largely true & very concerning ,however the structure of our ownership, their wealth and global network of clubs and entertainment venues, would indicate to me that they will around for the long term and so will Manchester City.

I’m sure they’re around for the long term but their strategy is poor.

We’ve seen recently on the pitch how lack of foresight is costing us, it’s clear now that decision making in terms of incomings and outgoings hasn’t been good, and it’s Pep that has been holding everything together until recently.

Off the pitch the strategy seems equally short sighted and poor. That lack of foresight is beginning to show, and is only going to get worse with the expansion.

I genuinely don’t think we’re as well run as we thought we were. The execs running the place need Pep to keep delivering.

Now we know the identity of the Prophet of Doom lol!

Pep will have a veto on all major aquisitions/departures.

He prefers working with a small squad of senior pros despite warning of player burnout / injury risk, and an increase in fixtures and travel.

Pep hasnt objected to the World Club games in July or long haul pre season tours.

Very little will happen to team operations without Pep's involvement.

Look at Berrada. United supporters thought they’d got a right coup when they poached him from us. Now without the safety net that Pep’s provided, he’s looking a bit clueless. I suspect the same could be said of the majority of our executives.
