Last week there was the 2nd release of Chelsea tickets and the same time as a criteria drop for Arsenal away. Because of this there were about a hundred people wanting Arsenal tickets, having to wait in the same queue as 15,000 others to try and get on the website for Chelsea.
Glad to see that the club have learnt from this.

A bit like the good old days when they'd start selling away match tickets at the Maine Road ticket office on a Saturday when we were playing away the same afternoon.Yeah good to see they learnt, but it wasn’t rocket science to spot what would happen before they set the windows!
