Seat Counters - 2024/25

Unless I’m wrong, aren’t blocks greyed out? So it’s quite difficult to tell what’s actually sold
Yes. As per usual not all tickets will be online. The counter also assumes blocks 527-530 are completely empty and contain around 4,000 seats. So once you count all the empty seats and subtract from the allocation you might round down to the to the neatest thousand or quote a range due to the uncertainty.

This morning we can estimate sales of 25k and we can see that there are very few £30 seats online.

My mate who’s not had a membership for two years got an email informing him he’s eligible to buy 4 semi final tickets.

There’s still some criteria, possibly enforced by the FA or police, that they must have been to one home game during the last three seasons, that wasn’t against Forest.
I except that the criteria about attendance must be involved.
My gripe is,why just mail shot people like your mate, they should have gone back to everyone on their data base and told them that there are seats across all price rangese available now.
There will have been many supporters who did not buy, when all they saw that was available were 70/90/120 pound seats for 2 days on Wednesday and Thursday.
Those 2 days encompassed our Members and Cityzen card holders.

Make the whole allocation available and offer to anyone who has a purchase history, not hard is it, there are still 2000ish 45 pound seats down the side which might get some takers

The current criteria is All supporters who have purchased a home ticket since the start of season 2022/23 can purchase 4 tickets.

we have been at the Etihad since 2003, there must be thousands of lapsed fans, anyhow everyone else has sold out and we are 11000 short, pretty crap isn't it

There's literally 100s of £30 seats!

This is what happens when you literally squeeze the hell out of the average football fan, there's only a handful of people I know who are going because within the next few weeks we have the issue of a potential final, season ticket renewal, parking renewal etc its too much for the average Joe who has more important bills to contend with at the moment.

people cannot be bothered, simple as that, fanbase doesn’t deserve the final

You know what's disappointing about this whole saga is that we are Supports, and as such we should do everything to support the boys in blue.Ffs this is the semi final of the fa cup I could nt Care if we had been here 50 times in a row..I prioritise City and I will always find the money, some City fans need to give their heads a wobble

£30 for the ticket is literally the cheapest part of the day though?

you sound like Soriano! I've spent somewhere around £2.5k this season with tickets and travel costs.

Imagine people saying that the people who have had their noses shoved out should pick up the slack but when it comes to the final the important people can take it from there?

Good for you mate, I prioritise keeping a roof over my Kids head, I have a fairly strict limit as do many others and I've already exceeded it with increasing costs this past season (namely travel expenses).

I am totally against Soriano, it’s no different to any other away day.

I’m at a family wedding so won’t be there but guarantee if we make the final it will sellout in a snap. The can’t be arsed going to the semi fans will be like flys on shit for a final.

I don't know whether City will open it further. I think they might be wary of criticism from some City fans if Forest fans get into the City ends after all the hoo-hah over away fans in City sections at CL games and the Liverpool match.

I am gutted that we have not sold our end out but also I know that a lot of City fans have been to Wembley many times. I think you commented a few days ago that sales to seasoncard holders were very low. We've seen this all season at Cup games. We are stretched and have been to Wembley on average twice a season for 15 years. It's been great but costs money and enthusiasm. Wembley games are my favourite games but some people are saving their money. I have done the same in previous seasons. Sometimes I had other things on my mind.

I think we are over 25k now and there is over a week to go. I shall head to Wembley proud of City fans once again. There's probably only Liverpool or Man Utd who could fill half of Wembley twice a season for almost 15 years in a row.
