Someone without a ST (because they can't get one) may have attended every home match this season, in every competition, buying tickets on a match by match basis.

Some of the remaining 30,000 would have gone to points too as there will be a crossover with OSC members who are season ticket holders applying through their branch. I’m sure the club will offer further sales criteria, after season tickets holders have had the opportunity to buy their own.
Maybe then, they will go off how many matches you’ve been this season. Which then becomes fair and becomes prioritized. IMO.
